Prop firm vs Personal account.
Which account is easier for you? Personally, I find trading my personal account easier than prop accounts. The idea of a tradings props is great but it just doesn't hit me in the right spot. I've tried 3 prop accounts so far. I lost 2 in early Jan and Feb respectively and the last one is at 7% 😂 drawdown. Personal account has paid my bills so I don't get it. Why isn't it working with props like it does with personal?
Personal account you can risk the entire account, prop firm you only risk a percentage of the account. It's just a matter of scaling, if you risk 1% with a personal account but the prop firm has a 10% max drawdown then you risk 0.1% with the prop firm.
This is where the (admittingly incorrect) concept comes from where people say "the prop firm account size is only equal to drawdown".
